Check In & Check Out
Check-in is between 13:00 and 22:00 hours. Please inform us in advance about your arrival time, via email (antoniomassalubrense@gmail.com) or phone +393492699711 (also Whatsapp). Check-out is between 07:00 and 11:00 hours.
Breakfast
Breakfast is complimentary and is served in our garden from 08:00 to 10:30.
Room Amenities
All our rooms have private bathroom with shower, flat-screen TV, minibar service, tea kettle (except Limoni), hair dryer, air conditioning and complimentary toiletries.
Pets
Upon prior agreement with us, pets are allowed at an extra charge: 5€ per day for small size (less than 15 kilograms) pets and 10€ per day for medium/large size pets (larger than 15 kilograms). Pets should be leashed when outside the rooms, and cannot be left alone in the rooms. Any damage to linen or furniture caused by pets will be charged to their owners.
Occupancy
Standard occupancy is two adults per room. Some of our rooms can accommodate families or additional guests at extra charge. No extra charges for children below 6.
Room Towels
Room towels cannot be taken to or used at beaches or pools. Guests are strongly advised to bring their own beach towels.
Other Information
Wi-Fi internet connection is available at no charge in the house. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. There is public parking nearby. Reservation is not possible.
Our Environment
Our villa Antonio Massa Lubrense is a unique B&B with only five rooms, surrounded by the citrus orchards and olive groves of Massa Lubrense and by the protected Marine area of Punta Campanella. We wish to preserve the surrounding natural resources as much as possible, and therefore we ask our guests to follow some basic rules to avoid energy waste and excessive use of detergents: Turn off lights, TV and/or other appliances when not in use and when you leave the room. Avoid excessive use of water. Use air conditioning only when all doors and windows are closed, only if the outside temperature is above 24° C and only for the time necessary to cool your room. Turn off the air conditioning when you leave the room. We have chosen a low-power energy system to avoid wasting energy, therefore excessive use of air conditioning may cause power disruptions with resulting unnecessary nuisances for all guests. In order to prevent excessive use of water and detergents, bed linen and towels will be replaced every three days. Additional changes are possible at extra charges (5€ per towel set and/or bed linen).
