The Villa sits on the hills above Massa Lubrense, looking out on the Gulf of Naples.
The Sorrento Peninsula and neighbouring Amalfi Coast are places where man and nature have created a unique landscape over centuries. In order to protect that landscape, development has been strictly limited.
Outside the larger cities like Sorrento, these areas largely remain untouched by modern hands. Small villages, each offering their own charm, are scattered up and down the hills. Scenic, local roads connect them, twisting along cliff faces.
To enjoy more of what this area has to offer, visitors will find it best to have their own means of transportation.

Arrival at the Villa
The Villa is located in the frazione (village) of Santa Maria, up the hill from Massa Lubrense.
Navigation systems or taxis should go to Via Padre Rocco 28 or the Chiesa Santa Maria.

The Path to the Villa
From Santa Maria, there is a short 200 meter path to the Villa.
The path – called Via Del Pozzo – begins next to the Amico mini market and church.
You will walk for about 200 meters in total, sloping gently downhill.
The path opens with a beautiful view of Massa Lubrense.
You’ll walk through the olive grove until you can see the house.
Slightly down to the left is the entrance to the Villa.
